2. Transfer customer’s report to technican . Arrange technican to commucate with customer and solve problem by telephone . At the same time put this report and solution to case record.
3. Technican provides solution to cutomer by telephone, fax or E-mail . then customer’s technican operate according to our solution to solve problem . This way will save time and cost for customer . all this will put into machine case record.
4. if technican find that machine problem can’t be solved by telephone . we can confirm the date with cutomre to arrange technican to customer’s factory to solve trouble lively.
5.when technican finish their work in customer’s factory , technican need fill up “ report of after sales service” .then customer check and sign it . our technican take this back .or customer can report our technican’s work to our center by telephone ,fax or E-mail.
6. When technican come back , they need report customer’s machine working station in written form . and put this report and “ report of after sales service” in to machine recorde.
