Principle of customer service:
the worker who receives the machine fault report from customers should be acted as following:
First : solve machine problem by telephone to reduce customer’s loss to smallest level.
Second : if we can’t solve machine problem by telephone ,we’ll record your request clearly ,our technican will supply full solution to help solving this trouble .
Third : if machine’s problem is too difficult to solve , our customer service center will promptly sent our technican to your factory to help you.
Complaint to customer service:
If you have special idea about our technian or their service , please tell this to us directly . we’ll check . if it’s fact, we’ll punish the related person .
